  • Division has 2 strips available with prior notice

    • Tim, Liz, Suzie all have access to the equipment

  • Suggestion following treasurer’s report

    • Update spreadsheet

    • Use it to promote fencing

      • Possibly run some ads? 

    • Scholarships for the coaching clinic and ref clinic have been used in the past

    • Written report accepted, pending the spreadsheet being accurate

  • Clinics

    • UH might take advantage of armory clinic

    • Dan Gorman suggested coaching development

      • Adrien Dessens suggest targeting people not in a major club

    • Referee clinic is another we haven’t had in a while
